This year marks the second annual Outstanding Teen Program in our pageant. Girls 13-17 years in age can enter this competition. Contestants may not be more than a Junior in High School to qualify. The awards to be given in this division will be listed on the Sponsors & Awards page in the next few days.
The Miss America’s Outstanding Teen program has been organized to encourage positive achievement by helping to nurture and build the scholastic achievement, creative accomplishment, healthy living and community involvement of our nation’s youth.
